Who We Are

Together, as Antaras- Julia and Maya have been working at the meeting point of psyche and spirit through ceremonial retreats with expanded consciousness. What they have witnessed again and again is how the poles of shamanism and therapy, when held in dialogue, reveal something greater than either alone. They have since opened their collaboration to the creation of this gathering space, for those seeking integration and a deepening on the path of self-exploration.

  • Julia is a psychotherapist working in private practice with clients both local to London and internationally.  Formally trained at Oxford University, she cites her own (ongoing) journey into her mental, emotional, spiritual, physical & energetic Self as her greatest teacher and guide to integrating multiple modalities and creating an adaptable language that will be most helpful to her clients and others.

Her practice focuses on empowerment and ‘remembering’- accompanying her clients back home to themselves, exploring where they are unconsciously restricted by internal narratives, playing out harmful attachment patterns and abandoning their intuition. Because of her own experiences, Julia is particularly interested in the topic of womb health and birth and its correlation with overall consciousness.

She is passionate about bringing the intuitive and mystical, as well as breathwork and combining her professional therapeutic skills to prepare, contain and help integrate her clients experiences. She believes there are many portals to healing & wholeness and feels tremendously lucky to be able to help others discover their unique path.

  • Maya blends nearly two decades of scientific training with deep experience in ancestral and alternative healing. Her early studies in Hatha Yoga, Vipassana, Ayurveda, Therapeutic Thai Bodywork, and energy medicine laid the foundation for seeing healing as both science and sacred art.

Since 2011, she has apprenticed with Amazonian Maestros and deepened her work in Mexico, integrating plant medicine and indigenous traditions that honor the reciprocity of nature, lineage, and spirit.

For the past eight years, Maya has guided shamanic ceremonies, lunar gatherings, and microdosing cycles, supporting each person’s path in harmony with natural rhythms, unseen wisdom, and reflections in daily life.

In 2024, she completed a year-long Psychedelic Integrative Studies program, refining her approach as a Psychedelic-Informed Practitioner and bridging scientific insight with shamanic wisdom for personal and collective transformation.
